Originally from Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Boston is a graduate of The Waterfront Conservatory‘s Meisner Training Program in Berkeley, where he studied under Rachael Adler.
Boston has collaborated with some of the Bay Area’s greatest creative minds. His work with visionary creator Jeff Hull and The Jejune Institute became part of the 2012 documentary, The Institute, which led to collaboration with Michael Sturtz, founder of The Crucible and the Stanford Build Lab, and a team of top designers. Together they created The Quest, an immersive interactive theatrical adventure experience.
In 2013, Boston partnered with the Waterfront Playhouse to produce the theatrical montage, Firebrand, where he made his playwriting and directorial debut with the one-act play, Binding Ties.
In February 2015, he starred in Character, a short film he also wrote, produced and directed.
A Fan Favorite at Indi.com, Boston has won multiple Acting Challenges. Alex Newman of UDK Casting had this to say:
“[Boston] has great comedy chops — very watchable and left me wanting more. I loved how many different levels of frustrated emotion he conveyed in such a short time. He was very natural, and had perfect timing. His eyes told me everything. The tone of his voice told me the story as well, and made it funny – and the timing was perfect. He is very good, and he is easily castable.”
Boston loves challenge and adventure. He has contributed to some of Burning Man‘s most engaging theme camps and has ridden the California AIDS/LifeCycle three times to date, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, raising money and awareness in the fight against AIDS.
He is represented by Salt Model and Talent.
