The Content Starter Kit

Professional materials for practitioners who are just beginning — built from a real conversation, delivered in two weeks.

You’re starting your practice. You know you need professional materials — a bio for directories, something to hand to referral sources, posts for social media. But you’re stuck.

Writing about yourself feels impossible. You don’t want to sound like everyone else in your field, but you also don’t want to sound unprofessional. And honestly, you’d rather be doing the actual work than spending hours on marketing materials.

This is where most new practitioners stall. Not because they’re not good at what they do, but because they can’t translate who they are into words that connect.

That’s what this is for.

What I Do

We spend 90 minutes talking about your work — why it matters to you, what makes your approach different, who you’re here to serve. I ask the questions that pull out what you actually care about, not just your credentials.

Then I write your professional bio, design a branded one-sheet you can share anywhere, and create social media posts in multiple formats. Everything you need to start showing up and attracting your people.

Delivered within two weeks — as a shared Google Drive folder, ready to use.

What You Get

One 90-minute consultation to clarify your approach, values, and what makes you different.

A professional bio (300–400 words) for directories, websites, and referral sources.

A branded one-sheet (PDF, print and digital ready) — for handing to referral partners, sharing at events, or attaching to emails.

Social media promo posts in three formats — vertical, horizontal, and square — ready for Instagram, LinkedIn, or wherever you’re showing up.

Everything delivered within two weeks of our conversation.

Who This Is For

  • A therapist in supervision who needs a Psychology Today profile and referral materials.
  • A newly certified coach building your first website and online presence.
  • A massage therapist, acupuncturist, or bodyworker launching your practice.
  • A financial advisor, realtor, or professional service provider who needs to stand out.
  • A yoga teacher, meditation instructor, or wellness practitioner starting to market yourself.
  • Anyone in a healing or mission-driven profession who needs professional materials but doesn’t know where to start.

What Makes This Different

Most bio writers ask for your credentials and plug them into a template. I spend quality time in meaningful conversation with you, asking the kinds of questions that help you articulate what you actually believe about your work.

I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a background in depth psychology. I understand transformation, human behavior, and how to listen for what matters beneath the surface. That’s what I bring to this work — not just writing skills, but the ability to help you clarify and communicate your purpose.

The result is a bio that doesn’t just list what you do. It communicates who you are and why someone should trust you with their healing, their growth, or their transformation.

An Example

One client — a financial advisor — wrote this in his bio:

“My superpower is taking complex financial matters and translating them into layman’s terms. The goal in our relationship is to dig deeper, to find what matters to you in your financial present and future and together develop solutions to fulfill your goals and put your fears to rest.

The environment in which I grew up was financially chaotic. As such, I’ve made it my mission to understand not just money and finance, but also human behavior around money. As a wealth manager, I have the privilege of helping people transform their relationships with money and gain mastery over it.”

He told me this bio has led to tens of thousands of dollars in revenue. His clients have told him they booked their initial consultation because of it. It isn’t generic. It’s vulnerable, human, and immediately creates connection.

That’s what your bio should do.

How It Works

1. We talk.
A 90-minute consultation — by Zoom, phone, or in person if we’re in the same place. I ask about your background, your approach, who you serve, and what matters most to you about your work. This isn’t a surface-level interview. We go deep enough to find what’s actually true and compelling about what you do.

If you have a résumé or CV, you’ll share it with me beforehand. If you don’t, no worries — our conversation will help you craft one.

2. I create.
I write your bio from our conversation, design your one-sheet with your branding (or create simple, professional branding if you don’t have it yet), and build your social media assets in multiple formats. Everything is polished, professional, and ready to use.

3. You launch.
Within two weeks, you receive everything in a shared Google Drive folder. Use your bio for Psychology Today, your website, LinkedIn, or anywhere else you need to show up professionally. Print your one-sheet or share it digitally. Post your graphics. You’re ready.

The Investment

$500.

What you get: One 90-minute consultation, a 300–400 word professional bio, a branded one-sheet, three social media formats, delivered within two weeks.

Payment by credit card or Venmo.

For $500, you get everything you need to stop stalling and start showing up. One client pays for this entire investment. That’s the math.
