From Conversation to Content
Professional content for coaches, therapists, retreat centers, and mission-driven practitioners — without the grind.
You’re good at your work. You know it. Your clients know it. But when it comes to showing up online, something stalls.
Maybe you’ve stared at a blank screen trying to write a bio that doesn’t sound like everyone else’s. Maybe you’ve drafted posts that feel technically accurate but don’t sound like you. Maybe you’ve told yourself you’ll get to it — the website, the newsletter, the video — and somehow you never do.
This isn’t a discipline problem. It’s a translation problem. You know what you think. You just don’t have a process for turning it into content.
I do.
What I Do
I sit down with you and ask good questions — the kind that pull out what you actually believe, what drives your work, and why it matters. You talk. I listen. Then I disappear and turn what you said into professional content that sounds exactly like you.
Because it is you.
One Thing I Don’t Do
As your audience grows and people begin commenting and responding to your content, those conversations are yours to have. I never post as you or respond to your audience on your behalf. I don’t pretend to be you.
What I give you is content that’s genuinely worth responding to — because it came from what you actually think.
Full-Service Marketing Content Creation
For practitioners, wellness spaces, and retreat centers who want consistent content without the grind.
Beta: 4 slots available. 3-month commitment required.
Every month, we have a recorded conversation — 60 to 90 minutes. You show up and talk about what’s alive in your work right now. Client patterns you’re noticing. Something you’ve been thinking about. A story that illustrates what you do. I come prepared with questions. You just respond.
Then I create everything else.
What You Receive Each Month
- A content calendar with captions and a suggested posting schedule
- 12 edited video clips, ready for social media
- 12 branded quote graphics in your colors and logo
- 4 newsletters or blog posts, written in your voice
The Math
Three months. Three interviews. Six months of content at a recommended posting schedule of three to four times per week.
Each video clip goes to three platforms of your choice — YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, wherever your audience is. Instagram reposts to Facebook automatically. That’s 90 to 108 touchpoints from three conversations. And that’s just video alone, before you count quote graphics, carousels, or newsletters. If you use every piece of content, you’re looking at up to 228 opportunities for the right person to find you.
I highly recommend including YouTube. The long-tail searchability means content you publish today can bring someone to you a year from now. But you know your audience better than I do. We’ll decide together based on where it makes sense for your work.
Through your blog and YouTube videos, you are building a body of work. We are not playing to the algorithm. We are fortifying your online presence for the long haul.
While you’re working with your clients.
Every four to five posts, we include content tied to your actual offers — invitations to work with you, upcoming programs, retreats, calls to schedule. This is ultimately about helping the right people find you — the ones who are already looking for what you have to offer, even if they don’t know it yet.
Investment for Beta Clients
Self-Posting: $2,000/month
I create everything. You handle publishing.
Fully Hands-Off: $2,500/month
I create everything and manage a VA who schedules and posts across your platforms. Content appears on your channels without you touching anything.
Beta pricing is available to the first four clients and only through October 31, 2026. Rate increases after the cohort is full. The beta program is an opportunity to dial in my workflow and work out any kinks in the process. For the first three months, I will not take on more than four clients at a time. A waitlist will be available for those interested.
Content Starter Kit – $500 (Beta)
For individual practitioners, teachers, and freelancers who need professional materials and don’t know where to start.
Beta: 4 slots available.
You’re starting your practice — or restarting it. You need a bio for Psychology Today or your website. Something to hand to referral sources. Posts for social media. But writing about yourself feels impossible, and you’d rather be doing the actual work.
I get it. Writing about yourself sucks. How do you balance expertise with humility? Personality with professionalism. Nothing will put you in your head faster than writing about why someone should hire you.
Here’s what I do: we spend 90 minutes talking about your work — why it matters, what makes your approach different, who you’re here to serve. I ask the questions that pull out what you actually care about, not just your credentials. Clients have told me these conversations feel like a coaching session. Some have said they left fired up about their work in a way they hadn’t felt in months.
Then I write your bio, design a one-sheet you can share anywhere, and create social media posts in multiple formats.
Jonathan Horst, founder of The Horst Group, told me that clients have scheduled their initial consultations specifically because of his bio. Not because of his credentials. Because of how he wrote about his relationship with money — honestly, personally, differently from every other bio in his field. That bio has made him tens of thousands of dollars. Professional materials aren’t vanity. They’re the bridge between your expertise and the people who need it.
What You Receive
- Professional bio (300–400 words) for directories, websites, and referral sources
- Branded one-sheet in PDF format — print and digital ready
- Social media posts in three formats (vertical, horizontal, square)
- Everything delivered within two weeks
This is also a low-barrier way to experience what it’s like to work with me. Starter Kit clients become strong candidates for the Content Creation Service when they’re ready.
Other Services
Custom help for practitioners and wellness businesses who know where they’re stuck.
Sometimes the problem isn’t content. It’s everything underneath it.
You need your podcast configured on Captivate. Your YouTube channel set up correctly. Your WordPress site cleaned up. Your Instagram optimized. You have no idea how to get started, and you’re not sure who to ask.
I’ve helped practitioners with all of this — sometimes in an hour, sometimes over a day, sometimes over several sessions. I’m a Mac-only guy. Within the Apple ecosystem, I know tools and platforms I don’t even know I know until someone asks. But if you require PC support, I ‘m afraid I can’t help.
This includes (but isn’t limited to):
- Platform setup and configuration: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Captivate, LinkedIn
- WordPress — builds, troubleshooting, basic maintenance
- Logo and banner creation
- Podcast launch infrastructure
- Digital workflow and process design
- Basic branding for practitioners and wellness spaces who don’t have it yet
These are scoped as individual projects with clear deliverables and an estimated timeline. We start with a short conversation so I understand what you need. Schedule a call using the link below — same call, different starting point.
A Unique Background
I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a background in depth psychology and mythology. I’ve launched podcasts, built online presences for coaches, creatives, and wellness professionals, and spent years learning the production side of content — not because someone paid me to, but because I’m genuinely obsessed with it.
What makes this different from hiring a social media manager or a copywriter: I know how to ask questions that pull out what matters. That’s a coaching skill. Most content services either invent your voice or hand you something from a fill-in-the-blank marketing template. I’m capturing your perspective, your professional insights, your personality. Literally in your own words.
The result doesn’t just sound like you. It is you.
A Note on the Beta
This isn’t for everyone. For real.
I want to work with people who have something to say — who got into their work because it matters, who think about it constantly, who have ideas worth sharing with the world. Not people who merely want to “build their brand.” People who want their work to reach the people who need it.
One ground rule: if you refer to yourself online as a “thought leader” — even if you are one — our engagement ends immediately.
If you’re willing to live with that, show up for the interviews, give me honest feedback on the process, and share a testimonial if the work delivers, then you’re who this is for.
If that’s you, let’s talk.
