I’m an integration guide with Choose Your Horizon, providing Co-Active® coaching support for people undergoing ketamine-assisted therapy.
What Integration Coaching Offers
Ketamine experiences can surface material that’s difficult to hold alone:

- Emotional content that keeps surfacing between sessions
- Insights that feel true but you don’t know how to live them

- Questions about identity, purpose, or direction that won’t let you go
I help you make sense of what you’ve seen and build practical bridges between extraordinary experiences and ordinary life.
How It Works
Integration sessions typically focus on:
- Processing material that emerged during ketamine sessions
- Identifying practical actions aligned with insights
- Building sustainable practices that honor what you’ve learned
- Navigating relationships and life changes as perspective shifts
- Staying grounded when experiences feel overwhelming
Sessions are 50 minutes via Zoom, scheduled flexibly around your treatment timeline. Most clients meet once or twice between treatments, for intention-setting before a journey and/or integration afterard, with continued support through post-treatment integration. We will co-create this structure based your specific needs and adjust as needed.
What I Do (and Don’t Do)
I Do:
- Provide Co-Active coaching support for integration
- Help translate insights into sustainable change
- Offer structure for processing complex emotional material
- Work collaboratively with your clinical team
I Don’t:
- Provide, prescribe, or facilitate ketamine or any substances
- Offer medical, psychiatric, or clinical advice
- Guide ketamine journeys
- Replace your ketamine therapy provider or mental health treatment
I am a coach, not a clinician. I work alongside medical and therapeutic professionals to support the integration process.

- Currently working with a ketamine provider (like Choose Your Horizon)
- In active treatment and need support processing material between sessions
- Completing treatment and want structured support for lasting integration
- Navigating significant life changes catalyzed by ketamine insights
Not yet working with a provider? I’m happy to discuss whether Choose Your Horizon might be appropriate and can provide a referral.
Already in therapy? Integration coaching complements traditional psychotherapy. Many clients work with both a therapist and an integration coach simultaneously.
Investment
Standard Rate:
- Single Session: $300 (50 minutes)
- Six-Session Package: $1,500 (save $300)
Sliding Scale: $150-250 per session
I maintain sliding scale availability to honor Choose Your Horizon’s accessibility mission and ensure this work serves people regardless of financial resources.
If standard rates are prohibitive, mention it when scheduling your consultation. No justification required.
